Q. I am interested in the PrintBrush 4X6 or the PrintBrush A4. When will they be available for purchase?
A. We are currently working with a professional manufacturer of consumer electronics and we will be announcing final release dates sometime Q2 2012. Please stay tuned.
Q. What product(s) featuring your technology are already commercial available?
A. The Xyron^® Design Runner™ (XDR) is the first commercial product featuring one of our technologies ((RMPT™ Lite). We have announced one more product, this time under our own brand. It is called the PrintBrush™ 4X6 and features our even more exciting technology called RMPT™ Full.

Q. Where can I buy the XDR and how much does it cost?
A. The Xyron Design Runner™ can be bought in a Arts & Crafts store near by you if you live in the U.S.A. such as Michaels or online at HSN
It's recommended retail price goes for around $99USD. Alternatively, You may wish to buy it directly from Xyron's website.

Q. Where can I get the PC-Link Programmer Kit?

Q. Is the XDR PC-link an “official” product?
A. Even though XDR-PC-link is brought to you by the people that designed the technology behind the Xyron Design Runner™ the product should be considered a third party add-on that is 100% compatible.

Q. Will it VOID the warranty of my Xyron Design Runner™?
A. No. Discs made with the XDR PC-link kit are 100% compatible with the Xyron Design Runner™ and cannot affect it in any harmful way.

Q. One disc is not enough for me. Can I purchase more?
A. Yes you can get as many as you need right here. Just follow this other link.

Q. I see that that an ordinary SD card looks almost the same. Can I use those in the XDR PC-link programmer?
A. No. Only the original XDR PC-link cards will work with the programmer and are compatible with the Xyron Design Runner™.

Q. I no longer need my original “Startup disc” (or any other Design Runner™ original disc). Can I overwrite it by programming it with the XDR PC-link?
A. No. Only XDR PC-link discs are compatible.

Q. I have made a beautiful design with my graphics and texts. Can I sell the physical disc?
A. Yes! As long as you own the graphics or images and respect others intellectual property you can. Remember that your designs are safe since the XDR PC-link cannot read them!

Installation

Q. Where is the driver for the XDR PC-link programmer?
A. The XDR PC-link programmer installs itself as a Human Interface Device (HID) and Windows has all the needed drivers already.

Q. Will the XDR PC-link programmer kit work with Window 7?
A. Yes. We have tested and it works just fine.

Q. I have Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000. Will the kit work for me.
A. No. The XDR PC-link kit ONLY works with Windows XP, Vista and 7.
